Rob Mikell is Vice President of Public sector for Incode Technologies, Inc., expanding Incode’s prominence in commercial partnerships into federal and state government. He previously served as Vice President of Civil Identity at IDEMIA, overseeing the management of large-scale government programs. Before joining IDEMIA, Rob was Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS). While Commissioner, he was elected to AAMVA’s International Board of Directors and as President of AAMVA Region II. His prior roles include Deputy Commissioner of DDS, prosecutor, and attorney in private practice. Rob graduated from The Citadel, Washington & Lee University School of Law, and Columbus State University with an M.P.A.
